If you’re using a credit card to pay for your order they may be limits on how much your card can be used towards your purchase. This is for your protection and ours. We will only use your information to process and ship your order, and to contact you regarding your order and to answer any questions you may have. We may only share part of your information with certain freight and shipping companies and manufacturers for the sole purpose of processing and shipping your order.

New England Weathervans reserves the right to deny any credit card purchase at anytime with no explanation required. If a credit card sale seems at risk of a charge back for any reason whatsoever, New England Weathervanes reserves the right to deny any credit card by any customer without implications of any kind.

Shipping Policy

Please check with us via email or phone for shipping lead times. The item is estimated to ship from the “Shop” in the time frame given once payment has been received and cleared. You will receive the item after that date based on delivery time of the carrier. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order may take longer to leave. If this happens we will be sure to contact you and let you know when your item will ship. Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer due to any unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to use any carrier.

Shipments To Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, US Territories and International shipping.

You are welcome to purchase our products if you are located in these areas. Shipping of our products would be solely your responsibility. You must obtain your own shipping carrier if your at any of the above locations. Product must be paid in full before shipping can occur. We do not provide shipping to these locations. These locations are considered “pick up only” after payment has been received and cleared.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality handcrafted products, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we’ll make sure you’re taken care of. If your item has a defect or was damaged during shipping, contact us and we’ll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.

1. You decided to cancel your order:

If we have started construction of your order, we can cancel the order but you will be responsible for what work has been done at that point. We will issue you a refund for what work was not completed at the time of cancellation.

2. You received the product but the product is not working correctly, is missing parts, or is visibly damaged:

If the item is damaged or defective but doesn’t appear to be from the shipping of the product, we will work reasonably to correct the issue with you. If the issue cannot be resolved we reserve the right to cancel the order and recover the product. Please contact our office immediately after you receive your product if you notice any issues at all with the craftsmanship.

3. You received an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping:

Please be sure to inspect all packages upon arrival and refuse the package if it appears to be damaged during shipping unless a resolution between New England Weathervanes, the carrier and yourself has been made. Have the carrier return to sender and contact our office. If a package appears to have been damaged during shipping, the item is oftentimes still okay. If the packaging for your item appears to be damaged, be sure to keep all the original packaging until you’ve determined whether or not a shipping insurance claim needs to be submitted.

4. You’ve received the product but you’ve decided you want to return it:

We cannot accept returns on personalized items, special order items, custom items, or items damaged through normal wear and tear. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee plus all shipping costs will be paid by customer.
